About The Project:
The Challenge: Faced with high funnel drop-off and low engagement, I performed a comprehensive, end-to-end UX audit (homepage through checkout) for a leading lingerie retailer. (Note: portfolio version is anonymized and abbreviated; full report is 100+ pages.)
The Solution: Uncovered 64 usability issues and proposed 54 targeted enhancements, each illustrated with real-world examples. Prioritized improvements using an Impact–Effort scoring model to guide execution sequencing.
The Result: Delivered data‑driven insights and an A/B testing roadmap, projecting a 15% drop‑off reduction and 25% engagement uplift (add‑to‑cart actions, CTA clicks).
